Currently, working with internally threaded jewelry is the standard practice, and until now, the available pins on the market were not sterilized or priced for single-use applications. These pins enable easy and quick transfer of jewelry through the piercing channel without irritating the canal. They are also beneficial for jewelry downsizing.

Made from steel, tapers are machine polished and then coated with a medical-grade silicone layer. This makes them the smoothest pins available on the market. It is this silicone coating that smooths them, ensuring painless jewelry transfer without causing micro-damage to the tissue.
