The sterilized stick features two holes, allowing it to be used with different tissue types depending on your needs.

The larger hole can be used to stabilize the back of earlobes, which tend to twist or “float” during freehand procedures – or, for example, to support the nostril.
The smaller hole can be used as a backing for tragus, forward helix, rook, or daith piercings.

Thanks to this tool, you’ll keep the skin in its natural plane, avoid the “stitched” effect, and setting the piercing angle will be a real pleasure.
