Product Description

Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner – an essential step before sterilization

Ultrasonic cleaners are crucial tools in any professional piercing studio or beauty salon.
Their purpose is to thoroughly clean jewelry before sterilization in an autoclave.
Using ultrasonic waves, the cleaner effectively removes both organic and inorganic contaminants – skin residue, buildup, oils, and biofilm – even from hard-to-reach areas like threads, grooves, and tiny crevices.

Why ultrasonic cleaning is essential:
The autoclave does not clean, it only sterilizes already clean items.
Skipping ultrasonic cleaning can result in contamination of the entire autoclave load or ineffective sterilization.

Modern, compact ultrasonic cleaners are designed to fit on procedure room workstations and are easy to disinfect. They are strong enough to clean effectively, yet gentle enough for delicate materials like gold or titanium.

Why it’s worth it:
✅ Thorough contaminant removal before sterilization
✅ Safe for jewelry (including gold and anodized pieces)
✅ Saves time and labor – no more repeated soaking or scrubbing
✅ Professional, hygienic standard of client care

Thanks to our system, the entire process is disposable – your jewelry won’t come into contact with contaminated items from other clients, eliminating the risk of cross-contamination.

After completing the jewelry decontamination, remove your gloves while holding the Clean Cup, and cover the cup during glove removal.
Then simply dispose of the cup in the trash.

Each sterilization cycle uses a separate Clean Cup, ensuring safe and hygienic operation.

To fully use the system, you’ll need:

  • Our Sonic Cleaner

  • Ultrasonic detergent

  • Distilled water

50 Clean Cups per box (50 cycles)
